Behavior based safety and employee ownership is the foundation for our company’s Safety Culture.  From an entry level employee to our company President, everyone is held accountable to provide a safe and incident free workplace. 

We provide quality, skilled workmanship, quality materials, equipment and tools, and quality services 24/7.  So it is no surprise that quality is also a part of Safety.  The safety of our employees and the general public shall receive first consideration in the performance of all work because safety is an integral part of our daily job task.

Accident prevention is foremost in everyday operations.  When we prepare for any job, we evaluate and discuss both the hazards involved and the necessary safety precautions to have in place. We first try to eliminate the hazards by utilizing engineering and scheduling techniques.  If this cannot be accomplished we provide all the necessary training, tools and safety equipment needed to complete the given task in a safe and productive manner.

The pride of our safety program resides in the safe return home of our employees to their respective families on a daily basis.
